Emails templates ideal for kickstarting your email marketing efforts

Email marketing is the continuous effort put in by businesses big and small. There’s a reason why our inboxes are always full and many a time we end up clicking on the offers we receive. But if it weren’t for emails we wouldn’t get to know about transactions, deliveries, changes in settings, and so many more crucial things.

As a business, you’ll have to notify and consistently engage with your customers, old, new and yet-to-be-acquired. You have to be active, create brand recall and ensure you’re bringing active offers to the customers’ notice. All of this can be achieved via emails.

Any business needs a starting point and if yours has not yet started with transactional, marketing or promotional emails, it’s time. Here are the most commonly used emails and templates you can begin with:

Pro tips:

  1. Always automate your emails, for example, your customers should be addressed by their names in emails.
  2. Always test your emails and ensure they’re not landing in spam. If they are, remove company names, emojis and other visuals, and try again.
  3. Automate your drips if emails aren’t opened on the first try.

Now, let’s begin!

Welcome Email:

This is a must. Every time a customer signs up or logs back in after being churned out, they must get an acknowledgement email from you, welcoming them. This email is very crucial and must contain the go-to information or introduction to features for your new customers.

Try and sign off as a person rather than a company to add a human touch to your email. Don’t forget to add customer care and social links, you don’t want your customer to be lost.
